About the role
- Manage a team of program managers for a portfolio of accounts
- Achieving the company's goals related to client retention and quality service delivery
- Ensure multi-level strategic client relationships are being established
- Evaluate and study client financial statements
- Hold AMs accountable for client profitability
- Determine pricing strategy and develop client propositions
- Support the development of client and department budgets
- Review and make recommendations to improve the quality of client business plans
- Perform or direct personnel in recruiting, hiring, training, and separation
- Recommend the involvement of BCD Travel specialized departments to achieve client goals
Requirements
- Expert in account management in a corporate environment (Business travel industry experience is preferred)
- Extensive experience in management and leadership within the business travel industry
- Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation
- Computer literate in business software applications
- Able and willing to travel domestically
- You have a College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience
