About the role

  • Perform day-to-day accounting functions
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports for a designated area
  • Manage accounts receivables and account reconciliations
  • Monitor receivables and due dates
  • Manage credit card payments
  • Answer questions from associates and managers on matters relating to the general ledger and posted items
  • Perform various tasks vote on receivable accounts ledger accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English language
  • An interest in gaining further experience in general accounting
  • Previous exposure to AS400 and SAP a plus
  • MS applications and proficiency with MS Excel
