About the role

  • Responsible for the planning, development, and execution of meetings, conferences, incentive travel programs, and special events.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and serving as the day-to-day planning contact across departments.
  • Key responsibilities include attendee management, budget oversight, event coordination, and final program billing.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed recce reports, and adhere to timelines.
  • Negotiate and purchase entertainment and décor elements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement program agendas.
  • Manage program budgets and secure approvals before client submission.
  • Reconcile and finalize billing in coordination with Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience
  • Strong customer service background required
  • Minimum 4 years of purchasing/meeting planning experience (industry/hotel experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Experience with Cvent meeting technology
  • Knowledge of event industry.
