About the role

  • Manage and develop a direct team in France to increase productivity through effective recruitment, training and performance initiatives.
  • Oversee client communications, follow-ups and deliverables to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction and financial success.
  • Drive client account growth through strategic actions, maintain client relationships and participate in presentations, meetings and industry events.
  • Provide recommendations that take into account organizational culture and industry relationships.
  • Serve as a liaison between accounts, regions and project teams.
  • Coordinate resources for the successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
  • Analyze business challenges and define solutions to improve productivity.
  • Prepare risk assessments and develop contingency plans for identified risks.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in meeting operations management and account management
  • Proven track record in team leadership and successful management of direct reports
  • Experience with life sciences clients
  • Demonstrated experience in client management, maintaining strong relationships and achieving financial performance targets
  • Experience reviewing and improving operational processes and policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in Cvent
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Up to 25% travel may be required
