About the role

  • Manage and be accountable for housing & delegate management related projects for a dedicated client
  • Ensure effective project elements and professional service to clients
  • Prepare reports and documentation from relevant systems
  • Contribute expertise to the creation and implementation of Statements of Work (SoWs)
  • Manage or assist in the delivery of onsite housing and delegate management services.

Requirements

  • Experience in housing contracting or project management for hotel reservations and/or delegate registrations
  • Comfort with databases / registration platforms to extract and interrogate data
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with teams and clients.
