Operations

• Help keep our call centre running smoothly by performing essential administrative duties and supporting Evo members via phone and live chat.
• Act as an Evo ambassador and showcase commitment to supporting BC’s car sharing service.
• Coordinate various administrative tasks based on the department’s evolving business needs.
• Activities include pre-authorizing charges, supporting members and vendors, preparing reports, and investigating parking tickets, tows, tolls and mileage overages.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to EVO members through various platforms (live chat, phone, and/or email).
