About the role

  • Assist project managers and designers in developing landscape architecture projects, primarily for large-scale real estate developments;
  • Prepare presentation documents for municipalities and other stakeholders;
  • Produce technical drawings, including site plans, grading plans, planting plans and other related drawings;
  • Develop construction and planting details in accordance with project standards and requirements;
  • Produce technical elevations and sections;
  • Validate and analyze information using georeferenced data;
  • Ensure coordination and integration of inputs from the various professionals involved in projects;
  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare technical specifications;
  • Support project managers during site supervision activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in architecture, engineering, or equivalent training;
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience with real estate development projects;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and the Adobe suite;
  • Knowledge of Revit and SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign (asset);
  • Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong adaptability;
  • Fluent in spoken and written French.
