- Leading the origination, structuring and execution of M&A deals
- Managing client relationships and overseeing all client communications

Requirements
- Prior M&A experience in an advisory or investment banking role
- Ability to build long-term, professional relationships
- Highly proficient in financial, valuation, and capital structure analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and oral communications skills in English
- Knowledge of other European languages beneficial
- Team player, motivating juniors and participating in training
