About the role
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and proper tracking of leads.
- Support SAP processes, including basic data entry and coordination of information.
- Assist with marketing materials and property-related content, ensuring they are up to date.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams on day-to-day matters.
- Prepare and update reports and internal trackers.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of client and commercial records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or support roles.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and familiarity with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English (Greek and/or Russian is an advantage).
