About the role

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls/day to warm/inbound leads
  • Understand homeowner goals and position Truehold as a solution
  • Qualify, manage, and prioritize a high-volume pipeline in Salesforce
  • Hit daily + monthly KPIs (calls, contact rate, conversions)
  • Partner closely with Marketing + Real Estate teams to improve lead quality + outcomes

Requirements

  • Available Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm EST + 2 weekend days/month
  • Experience in sales, call center, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, or senior housing is a plus
  • Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
