About the role
- Make 100–150 outbound calls/day to warm/inbound leads
- Understand homeowner goals and position Truehold as a solution
- Qualify, manage, and prioritize a high-volume pipeline in Salesforce
- Hit daily + monthly KPIs (calls, contact rate, conversions)
- Partner closely with Marketing + Real Estate teams to improve lead quality + outcomes
Requirements
- Available Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm EST + 2 weekend days/month
- Experience in sales, call center, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, or senior housing is a plus
- Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
