About the role

  • Own and lead lifecycle management for an assigned portfolio of clinical genetic tests.
  • Apply and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio-level roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy.
  • Monitor product performance using defined KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional product leader for a designated on-market portfolio of products.
  • Ensure lifecycle changes are coordinated across downstream systems.
  • Lead formal product change control processes.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of the test menu and product documentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, life sciences, or a related field required
  • 8+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, or portfolio management
  • Experience managing complex, regulated product portfolios
  • Proven people leadership experience
  • Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
