• Assists in developing new deposit and loan business and promotes relationship development and service culture through coaching and staff motivation.
• Responsible for achieving individual and branch relationship development goals through new business development and account retention.
• Expected to participate in community activities to increase the Bank's visibility and enhance business opportunities.
