Risk Placement Manager

Operations

• Handles pre-closing processing for assigned loan files under joint supervision of assigned Loan Officer(s) and the Priority Funding Loan Processing Manager
• Gathering loan conditions from customers and Loan Officers and clearing loan conditions with client investors
• Ordering, reviewing, and delivering appraisal reports, flood certification and other required items
• Working with insurance agents on obtaining or correcting binders
• Verifying employment for customers
• Assists other Loan Operations Specialists in their department and resolves issues as they arise

Loan Operations Specialist

• Process payoff including discharges and paid notes.
• Ensure collateral documents are released in the required timeframe.
• Utilize Simplifile and ILien to record and release collateral electronically.
• Follow up on requests for missing discharges or UCC, including preparing and filing duplicate discharges.
• Assist in opening Salesforce cases from department emails and faxes.
• Assist with quality control review of Consumer and Residential mortgages ensuring the loans are correct on COCC.
• Scan documents and index them accordingly in Integra for Commercial, Consumer and Residential loans.
• Process incoming checks for payoffs to General Ledger accounts and open Salesforce cases for timely payoff of loans.
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested and work overtime during high volume periods.
• Refer potential new business to other Bank areas (BayCoast Insurance, Plimoth Investment Advisors, BayCoast Mortgage Company, Teamwork Funding, Priority Funding) and align with Bank mission and core values.

Collateral Generalist, Loan Operations

Controller

• Manage the Finance Department and assume CFO responsibilities in their absence
• Make and approve HR decisions for department employees, assign work, provide training, and resolve personnel issues
• Coordinate department activities with other bank departments and third-party vendors
• Review, supervise and prepare financial reports; research, organize, and analyze financial data and accounting issues
• Oversee month-end closing process and all Board financial reports
• Analyze financial data to provide reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Responsible for Allowance for Credit Loss calculation, policy and procedures
• Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring GAAP and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate and oversee preparation and submission of quarterly Call Report, Y-9, FR2900, and other regulatory reports
• Responsible for federal and state tax payments and coordinate annual tax filings with external accountants

Account Manager

• Handles and process new and renewal personal lines business.
• Provides in-house customer service to clients as assigned and requested.
• Works with producers on new business and renewals.
• May process direct bill daily deposit.
• Reviews accounts and informs and educates clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures.
• Conducts annual account reviews.
• Monitors renewal process by verifying all policies listed on the expiration list have been renewed or rewritten and remarketed as needed.
• Receives phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims or administrative problems, and complies with the request and/or refers to the producer when necessary.
• Keeps producers fully informed of all important activities on their accounts.
• Maintains a suspense system to follow up on outstanding endorsements, new business policies and correspondence and follows up on overdue suspense items.
• Maintains electronic and/or paper files in an orderly, up-to-date manner with full policy detail and uses the system for all notes and diaries.
• Is proficient and stays current with the Agency Management System, policies and procedures, and all other pertinent software programs.
• Attends appropriate internal and external meetings relating to banking and insurance.
• Sells insurance products with the ability to earn commissions.

Personal Lines Account Manager

• POSITION TITLE: Commercial Operations Generalist DEPARTMENT: Loan Operations FLEXIBLE WORK PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY CODE: Hybrid Work (HW) & Flextime (FLT) Function: Under the general direction of the First Vice President of Loan Operations, and in collaboration with the Commercial Team Lead, the employee will review and process all commercial loans originated by Commercial Lending Department, in accordance with corporate policy, and state and federal regulations. This position performs all tasks associated with BayCoast Bank’s Commercial Loan portfolio. Duties: Perform loan set-up on core system (COCC Insight) along with any monetary transactions. This includes the accurate assessment of loan fees. Additionally, this person is responsible for processing each deal in accordance with the promissory note, loan approval, and any other loan documentation. Each deal varies and will require analytical and interpretative skills. Perform a quality control review of all new commercial loan bookings. Verify all required documents are present and have been completed accurately. This requires the review of moderate-to-complex documentation for accuracy of data and conformity to established procedures and policies. Perform file maintenance on commercial loan accounts including modifications, extensions, renewals, and any other amendments to terms of the agreement. Track missing collateral or insurance documentation not received in closing package. Follow-up with administrators and lenders to ensure documentation exceptions and pending items are resolved in a timely manner. Establish and maintain records on CoreLogic for real estate tax tracking. Perform routine transactions on commercial loan accounts, including payment processing and the daily postings of commercial loan payoffs and advances. Quote and prepare all commercial loan payoffs. This includes the assessment of discharge fees. Process all credit inquiries and audit verifications for commercial accounts. Assist with the maintenance of various portfolios, including but not limited to, construction loans, participations loans (lead and non-lead), SWAP loans, and SBA loans. Process payments on all loans that have an interest reserve and monitor remaining balances. Perform a daily/weekly/monthly review of various department reports. Manage loan payoffs as well as the partial release of collateral and the discharge of collateral for all commercial loans. Review registries, verify collateral documents, and file discharges and terminations with the appropriate entities through Simplifile and Lien Solutions. Mail payoff packages to customers who have paid off their loans. Serve as commercial customer contact for questions relating to the servicing of their accounts. Perform loan review and maintenance, resolving both commercial loan and deposit issues. Provide additional customer service back-up for other sections of the Operations departments. Assumes additional responsibilities as requested. Overtime is required during high volume periods to keep up with workflow.
