  • Serve as a key strategic partner to the Global Service organization
  • Support HR leadership in delivering enterprise and functional HR plans and programs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR matters

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Deep expertise across core HR disciplines including performance management, talent development, compensation, culture, change, and organizational design
  • Proven success partnering with leaders, managers, and employees across field, corporate, and global environments
  • Experience influencing organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational detail
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills; effective in matrixed environments
  • Proactive, resilient change leader who navigates ambiguity and collaborates as a trusted team partner
