- Serve as a key strategic partner to the Global Service organization
- Support HR leadership in delivering enterprise and functional HR plans and programs
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR matters
- Manage and analyze employee-related data and ensure data integrity
- Lead ongoing employee data audits
- Handle straightforward HR matters independently
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR systems, processes, and policies
Requirements
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Deep expertise across core HR disciplines including performance management, talent development, compensation, culture, change, and organizational design
- Proven success partnering with leaders, managers, and employees across field, corporate, and global environments
- Experience influencing organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational detail
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills; effective in matrixed environments
- Proactive, resilient change leader who navigates ambiguity and collaborates as a trusted team partner
