About the role
- selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities, etc.
- working collaboratively with internal partners
- developing and implementing comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Baxter Respiratory Health products, programs, and services.
- managing both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer happiness.
- prospecting for new business 15-20% of time.
- communicating Baxter’s competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts.
- completing company reports, plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines.
- understanding and complying with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures.
- completing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment.
- Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred.
- Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting.
- Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution).
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
