About the role
- Drive new sales across the acute care continuum
- Draw on internal resources/tools for customer solutions
- Conduct negotiations with decision-makers to finalize sales
- Coordinate efforts with clinical specialists for customer service
- Lead installation of new products and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain relationships to ensure account presence and growth
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry preferred
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is required
- Strong analytical skills to develop sales plans and understand market trends
- Strong eye for business to enable selling to senior-level healthcare personnel
- Documented track record of experience and success with sophisticated multi-departmental deals
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Variable travel (from 50 - 75%), including overnight travel (60-75%)
