About the role
- This role leads marketing strategy and performance across assigned stores
- Acts as main point of contact for all marketing team communications with store General Managers
- Owns the marketing & sales reporting for each store, communicating regularly with GMs to proactively identify insights, trends and opportunities
- Collaborates with team leads & agencies to advise on best practices across marketing functions
- Attends at least one sales meeting per brand per month
- Leads monthly marketing report out meetings
- Oversees and approves website changes, new tool integrations, and any other support tickets
- Develops store-specific marketing plans aligned to inventory stock, sales objectives, and local market dynamics
- Partners with paid media teams/vendors on campaign strategy, messaging inputs, and performance interpretation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or business-related field required
- 10 years of experience leading and directing media planning activities within an organization required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent verbal, written, and data visualization skills
- GA4 (Google Analytics) certified & platform team lead
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
