About the role
- Ensure daily communication with international customers and partners
- Draft and manage professional correspondence (emails, commercial documents)
- Prepare and verify export documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and customs clearance procedures
- Coordinate information flows between sales, logistics and finance teams
- Monitor customer files through delivery and payment
- Handle unexpected issues related to shipments, payments, or customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent English required (written and spoken) – additional languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations
- Good understanding of customs regulations and import/export constraints by country
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Customer-oriented approach with solid problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, international environment
