• Create high-volume, high-quality UA assets across short-form video, motion graphics, static ad variants, and store assets.
• Own gameplay capture end-to-end, turning raw in-engine moments in Unity into compelling, performance-ready creatives.
• Edit and assemble video ads from start to finish: gameplay capture → edit → motion graphics → sound design/SFX mixing → final polish.
• Integrate audio, SFX, and music intentionally to enhance pacing, clarity, and emotional impact in video ads.
• Help scale creative output by identifying evergreen concepts and streamlining or automating production where possible.
• Design static ad variants, social assets, thumbnails, and store graphics as needed.
• Rapidly iterate on creative concepts based on performance data, A/B testing results, and team feedback.
• Collaborate closely with UA and Marketing on asset needs across paid channels, ASO, and social platforms.
• Maintain organized project files, timelines, and proactive communication in a fast-moving environment.

Game Engineer

• Own features end-to-end: from opportunity sizing and spec → prototype → production → liveops iteration.
• Design & implement gameplay systems (progression, events, economy, meta, tuning, difficulty, reward loops) directly in Unity + C#.
• Prototype quickly in-editor (greybox levels, temp UI/UX flows, state machines) to validate fun and feasibility.
• Author tools & pipelines (editor utilities, data-driven configs, ScriptableObject frameworks) that speed up content creation.
• Instrument analytics (events, funnels) and define success metrics/KPIs; run A/B tests and use results to iterate.
• Balance & tune economies and rewards with a practical view of retention and monetization.
• Partner with engineering on performant, memory-safe implementations for mobile (Addressables, asset budgets, profiling).
• Collaborate with art & UI/UX to land interactions, feedback, and polish it to feel authentic to our genres.
• Write clear specs & docs (goals, acceptance criteria, telemetry plans) that align cross‑functional teams.
• Champion players: review feedback, triage issues, and prioritize changes that meaningfully move core KPIs.

Backend Engineer

• Architect and implement microservices, APIs, and scalable server infrastructures supporting millions of concurrent users.
• Design for high availability, fault tolerance, and low latency.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code (primarily C# and Go, plus Java or similar).
• Optimize performance, conduct rigorous testing, and implement monitoring/logging.
• Leverage AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable deployments.

• Lead financial planning across the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, effectively covering much of what a Director of Finance would own.
• Build and run the company’s operating cadence, including quarterly planning, goal setting, and follow-through.
• Design and lead a weekly executive business review covering revenue, spend, hiring progress, and product timelines, keeping discussions focused on decisions, not updates.
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team, pressure-testing plans, clarifying priorities, and helping translate strategy into concrete operating plans.
• Coordinate auditors, compliance work, and external financial partners, keeping the process tight and predictable for the rest of the team.
• Plan and run leadership off-sites and on-sites, with clear objectives, strong preparation, and outcomes that actually change how the team operates.

• As a Senior Unity Engineer, you’ll work primarily on No Limit Drag Racing 2, helping to develop and refine gameplay features, optimize performance, and ensure a smooth user experience across a wide range of devices.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, artists, and designers to bring new content to life.
• Write clean, maintainable C# code. Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.
• Assist in profiling and optimizing game performance (FPS, memory usage) to deliver a smooth experience on mobile devices.
• Investigate and resolve bugs or technical issues reported by QA or the community, ensuring fast and effective solutions.
• Work with artists and designers to integrate new art assets and gameplay features. Communicate effectively about technical requirements and limitations.
