About the role
- CV Screening: Dive into the daily applications and identify candidates who align with Batmaid’s requirements.
- First Interviews: Conduct high-volume initial screenings to assess professionalism, experience and motivation.
- Compliance & Verification: Ask the "tough" questions regarding work permits, background checks and legal documentation.
- Data Management: Accurately update our internal systems with candidate info to ensure a smooth hand-off for the next steps.
- Pipeline Management: Keep the momentum going to ensure we meet our monthly hiring targets.
Requirements
- You have at least 1+ years of professional experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- You possess a strong 'can-do' attitude and a proactive approach to managing the candidate pipeline.
- You are energetic, empathetic and can handle back-to-back interviews without losing your spark.
- You are a Native French speaker with fluent English skills.
- Experience working within a fast-paced start-up environment or the cleaning/hospitality industry is a plus.
