About the role

  • At Batmaid, you are the first point of contact for our cleaning agents.
  • CV Screening: Dive into daily applications and identify candidates aligning with Batmaid’s requirements.
  • First Interviews: Conduct high-volume initial screenings to assess professionalism, experience and motivation.
  • Compliance & Verification: Ask the "tough" questions regarding work permits, background checks and legal documentation.
  • Data Management: Accurately update internal systems with candidate info for smooth hand-off for the next steps.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep momentum going to ensure monthly hiring targets are met.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1+ years of professional experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  • You possess a can-do attitude and a proactive mindset, taking full ownership of your candidate pipeline
  • You are energetic, empathetic and can handle back-to-back interviews without losing your spark.
  • You are a Native German speaker with fluent English skills
  • Experience working within a fast-paced start-up environment or the cleaning/hospitality industry is a plus.
