Design, build, and maintain automated workflows connecting AI tools, marketing platforms, and internal systems
Translate team requests into functional automation solutions with clear documentation and standard templates
Integrate and optimize AI capabilities within workflows, managing token usage and prompt efficiency
Test, debug, and troubleshoot workflows with proper error handling and root cause analysis
Monitor workflow performance, address failures promptly, and update workflows when APIs change
Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and workflow documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand department needs and communicate project status to leadership
Track automation efficiency gains and stay current on platform updates and best practices

Requirements

Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar tools
Basic understanding of APIs and how systems connect
Bonus (not required): AI tool integration (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Marketing platform experience (Google Ads, Facebook, CRMs)
Python or JavaScript
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical team members
Desire to grow in a fast-paced agency environment
