- Identify operational inefficiencies and solve them with AI tools
- Report directly to the Head of Talent
- Partner cross-functionally with multiple teams to implement solutions
- Design measurement systems to capture the impact of automation
- Expand operational automation to multiple teams
Requirements
- Strong business judgment in a regulated environment
- Understanding of compliance boundaries and security requirements for automation
- Ability to map operational landscapes and identify inefficiencies
- Experience in deploying AI-powered workflows
- Ability to establish operating frameworks and documentation for automation
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
