About the role
- Multiply team effectiveness through intelligent use of AI tools and automation
- Partner with various teams to identify friction points and orchestrate AI solutions
- Build workflows and automation while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Report to Head of Talent and work cross-functionally within the company
- Establish operating models for AI capabilities integration
- Mentor others in AI-first thinking and automate internal operations
Requirements
- Experience in orchestrating AI-powered workflows and automation
- Strong judgment about compliance in a regulated environment
- Proficiency with tools like Claude Code, Zapier, Make, and AI APIs
- Ability to deliver measurable impact across teams quickly
- Experience in partnering across functions and documenting workflows
