About the role

  • Make an impact on sustainability by producing crop protection products
  • Load and unload trucks and railcars
  • Monitor DCS and maintain control of process
  • Notify supervisor of abnormalities and corrective measures taken
  • Cross train to cover all operator positions
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all equipment and operations
  • Catch samples for laboratory testing and maintain daily log on waste storage areas

Requirements

  • Have a HS Diploma or GED
  • Can work in a plant environment and lift 50lbs
  • Can work 12hr fixed shifts (day OR night/weekends and holidays)
  • Will continue an academic degree program to launch a career in manufacturing
  • Can work on different structure levels, requiring the climbing of stairs, walking on metal walkways and grating, working at heights, etc., as well as being able to work in areas both inside and outside in varying weather conditions.
  • Willing to enroll in or continue and complete the Process Operating Technology program.
