About the role
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, digital solutions and candidate experience.
- Understand APAC end to end recruitment processes and support recruitment services.
- Leverage and improve ATS usage and recruitment tools.
- Support recruitment analytics and reporting, monitoring key recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to process optimization and digitalization initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with TA governance, policies and audit requirements.
- Participate in regional and global TA communities, sharing best practices.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles through active sourcing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with strong hands on exposure to end to end recruitment processes.
- Exposure to recruitment systems, HR digital tools and process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, partnering with HR colleagues across countries / regions.
- Experience in talent sourcing, pipeline building and interviewing across different functions.
- Experience in HR analytics is an advantage.
