About the role
- As Assistant Logistics Manager, you will provide cross-functional support to transport, procurement, operations and customer service teams while contributing to the overall performance of the supply chain.
- Create, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (transport, procurement, operations) and perform flow and performance analyses.
- Provide immediate operational support to teams (transport disputes, store operations, purchase orders, backlog follow-up, SAP updates, etc.) to secure business continuity and absorb fluctuations in workload.
- Update databases, scripts, documents and procedures, ensuring data reliability and adherence to operating methods.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives, notably through digital projects, EHS and cross-site harmonization.
- Develop presentation materials and visual management tools for teams and managers to improve performance visibility and ensure consistency of practices.
Requirements
- You are ideally pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 level qualification (equivalent to Bachelor's or Master's) in logistics, operations management or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and strong written communication skills to produce high-quality analyses, reports and presentation materials.
