About the role
- Drive and develop operational design and assuring quality in import/export and customs operations
- Deliver sustainable process solutions and establish quality checkpoints
- Develop import/export and customs management concepts
- Support development per annual structural plan and business requirements
- Lead initiatives to improve automation rate of existing manual processes
- Collaborate on process and automation requirements
- Ensure knowledge management maintenance and disciplined management reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
- 8-10 years in supply chain/management roles
- Expertise in process improvement and quality management
- High proficiency in SAP (SD, TM, MM)
- Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, enterprise structure, and master data
- Proficient in English, good communication skills for international stakeholder engagement
- Strong negotiation skills and communication skills on requirements and process.
