About the role
- Align global and local People & Culture strategies with business goals
- Advise leaders across global and local units in HR-related matters from strategic partnering to operational implementation
- Steer talent acquisition, retention, and development activities
- Strengthen leadership capabilities and support succession management
- Contribute to organization-wide development efforts
- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth communication of changes
- Use data analytics to enable informed decision-making in collaboration with CoEs and Shared Services
Requirements
- University degree in human resources, business administration, or social sciences
- Minimum five years of HR experience in a multinational company environment
- Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, flexibility, a strong business mindset, and a proactive, results-driven work approach
- Strong knowledge of local labor law and experience working with works councils
- Expertise in talent and leadership development
- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency with standard applications
