About the role

  • Align global and local People & Culture strategies with business goals
  • Advise leaders across global and local units in HR-related matters from strategic partnering to operational implementation
  • Steer talent acquisition, retention, and development activities
  • Strengthen leadership capabilities and support succession management
  • Contribute to organization-wide development efforts
  • Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth communication of changes
  • Use data analytics to enable informed decision-making in collaboration with CoEs and Shared Services

Requirements

  • University degree in human resources, business administration, or social sciences
  • Minimum five years of HR experience in a multinational company environment
  • Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, flexibility, a strong business mindset, and a proactive, results-driven work approach
  • Strong knowledge of local labor law and experience working with works councils
  • Expertise in talent and leadership development
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency with standard applications
