Requirements
- Have a Bachelor Degree and agronomic industry experience (ex: Turf & Ornamentals and/or Agricultural Products and/or Lawn Care & Maintenance and/or related disciplines.
- Have previous direct sales experience (Turf Superintendent, Lawncare and/or Ornamental experience will be considered in lieu of direct sales experience) and formal sales training courses.
- Preference for bilingual candidates who speak fluent Spanish.
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and entrepreneurial skills.
- Have account/territory management/planning experience.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence.
