About the role

  • Leading the strategic direction and implementation of the internal communications strategy in Canada
  • Responsible for the continued evolution of the internal communications strategy and outreach tactics
  • Leading the development and execution of the Thought Leadership and portions of the Corporate Giving program
  • Working in collaboration with the business to develop and implement internal communications strategy

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Political Science, or related field
  • Post-graduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism is considered an asset
  • 8+ years’ experience in a similar role with experience in the Agriculture industry as an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, communications measurement tools and experience integrating data and insights into the communication strategy
