About the role

  • Responsible for global end-to-end process governance for Order-to-Cash, Global Trade Services (GTS) and Production Planning across regions, legal entities and organizational units
  • Define, harmonize and develop global standards (process, data, control and compliance requirements)
  • Drive solution design within processes, support fit/gap analyses, prioritize business requirements and own the functional acceptance in releases as well as User Acceptance Tests
  • Prioritize change requests, orchestrate functional integration across boundaries and coordinate global release waves
  • Lead global topic-specific communities, ensure knowledge sharing and empower key-user organizations through targeted training and clear roles/processes
  • Define master data standards, monitor data quality and establish effective controls
  • Drive continuous improvements and demonstrate value contributions
  • Work closely with the business, service units, IT/implementation partners and other GPO streams to ensure global consistency

Requirements

  • University degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, IT or a related field
  • Several years of experience as an SAP business expert, ideally in a global Order-to-Cash environment or in ERP-related roles, including GTS and PP
  • Expert knowledge of SAP S/4 and R/3 and experience with release management, change requests and User Acceptance Testing
  • Strong analytical skills, high process affinity and a passion for optimizing complex processes
  • Excellent German and English skills and the ability to communicate knowledge appropriately to different audiences
  • Persuasive communication skills, facilitation/moderation competence and a confident presence in an international environment
