About the role

  • Ensure service quality and further develop the order-to-delivery process from an end-to-end perspective
  • Be the disciplinary manager of employees in Warsaw and manage employees outside of Warsaw operationally
  • Actively drive internal and external (customer) optimization projects
  • Be responsible for the conceptual and strategic continuous improvement of processes and service quality
  • Manage relevant KPIs with a focus on delivery services and be responsible for cost centers
  • Conduct employee performance management and support the development activities of employees
  • Maintain close contact with global planners of the SBUs, customer service, product management, and other relevant interfaces

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, business administration or a related field, or several years of professional experience in supply chain operations
  • Extensive knowledge of project management and experience in a leadership position or equivalent skills
  • In-depth knowledge of change management as well as order and process management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or Salesforce
  • Strong digital affinity and experience with leveraging AI to improve supply chain processes
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Team player with a practical problem-solving ability and the capacity to recognize and drive innovation
  • Willingness to travel about one week per month
