About the role

  • Responsible for global end-to-end process governance for battery materials across Order-to-Cash, Global Trade Services and Production Planning
  • Define, harmonize and develop global standards and ensure compliance
  • Manage solution design and support fit/gap analyses
  • Prioritize change requests and manage functional integration across organizational boundaries
  • Lead global topic-specific communities and ensure knowledge sharing
  • Define master data standards and monitor data quality
  • Drive continuous improvements and demonstrate value contributions
  • Collaborate closely with the business, service units, IT/implementation partners and other GPO streams

Requirements

  • Completed degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, IT or a related discipline
  • Several years of experience as an SAP business expert, ideally in a global Order-to-Cash environment or in ERP-related roles, including GTS
  • Expert knowledge of SAP S/4 and R/3 and experience with release management, change requests and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Strong analytical skills, high process affinity and a passion for optimizing complex workflows
  • Very good German and English skills and the ability to convey information appropriately to different audiences
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills and a confident presence in an international environment
