About the role
- Drive Sales & Business development activities for CPH SBU in sub region
- Service existing B2B customers and identify new customers
- Manage the complete sales cycle with the customer
- Develop lasting customer relationships
- Monitor competition by gathering market information
- Provide accurate sales forecast
- Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers
- Implement customer and segment-specific strategies
- Train, motivate, monitor and engage assigned distributors/agents
- Regular market mapping for CPH business in subregion
- Plan, lead and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Education: Chemical Engineering, min B. Tech / equivalent
- Working Experience: min 5 ~ 8 years in the chemical industry
- Professional Knowledge: B2B sales, commodities/specialties market dynamics.
