About the role

  • Responsible for all activities associated with performance and service reporting
  • Organizing and coordination of meetings, collaborative initiative and manage follow up on assigned action items
  • Support intra-regional and inter-regional system reporting and analysis
  • Run data extracts using BASF systems and databases on fixed intervals
  • Validate data accuracy and append necessary information
  • Provide monthly KPI reporting and data analysis
  • Work closely with local & regional teams for consistent performance reporting
  • Support continuous improvement and digitalization projects
  • Coordinate regular meetings of various groups
  • Analyze and assess freight costs for improvement and savings

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Management or related field
  • Min 1-3 years in handling supply chain and/or import/export logistics operations preferred
  • Familiar with performance management of logistics service provider especially performance metrics and supplier management
  • Experience in SAP/ERP TM module
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams
  • Knowledge in SAP system (Transport Management) and data analytics preferred
  • Familiar with dashboards and reporting tools SCI, Power BI, Tableau preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English is necessity
