About the role
- Provide end-to-end services leadership by efficiently handling customer service and logistics management.
- Oversee and enhance end-to-end processes for China Petrochemical industrial operations.
- Lead, support, and develop the OTC end to end team for China in Malaysia.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal service, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Support Zhanjiang Verbund Site (ZVS) ramp up and OTC Transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in OTC, planning, and logistics.
- Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) for communication with customers in China, as well as fluency in English.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with strong potential for further growth.
- Works effectively with stakeholders, leads teams with confidence, manages conflict constructively, and demonstrates strong accountability.
