About the role

  • Provide end-to-end services leadership by efficiently handling customer service and logistics management
  • Oversee and enhance end-to-end processes for China Petrochemical industrial operations
  • Collaborate closely with sales/planners/marketing/co-producer managers/Transport Management & Distribution Network Management coordinator for solutions
  • Support ZVS ramp-up and transformation initiatives, including risk identification and project execution
  • Contribute to supply chain transformation projects and other assignments as directed by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in OTC, planning, and logistics.
  • Experience in the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) for communication with customers in China, as well as fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is required.
