About the role
- Promote customer satisfaction by overseeing everything from direct customer contact to transport management
- Ensure the execution of daily operations and alignment with the goals of the European supply chain organization and GBU strategy
- Report to the Head of Customer Service and Order & Transport Management EMEA
- Manage relevant KPIs with a focus on delivery services and be responsible for cost centers
- Conduct employee performance management and support development activities of employees
- Maintain close contact with global planners of the SBUs, customer service, product management, and other relevant interfaces such as Transport Management and Logistics Procurement
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration or a related field, or several years of professional experience in supply chain operations
- Extensive knowledge of project management and experience in a leadership position or equivalent skills
- In-depth knowledge of change management as well as order and process management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or Salesforce
- Have a strong digital affinity and experience with leveraging AI to improve supply chain processes
- Fluent German and English skills
- Team player with a practical problem-solving ability and the capacity to recognize and drive innovation
- Willingness to travel about one week per month
