About the role
- Lead Non-Conformance management and customer complaint investigation
- Assist Quality manager with implementation of the overall Quality system plans
- Coordinate with all relevant functions to set up ISO system
- Support Quality Improvement Projects / Tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in chemistry
- Minimum 5 years in production, R&D or QA field
- Excellent knowledge of production/chemical and the respective Quality assurance/performance characteristics
- Good understanding of Quality/Environmental Safety standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, ISO 18001, ISO 14001)
- Good communication skills with reading/writing/listening/speaking in English.
