About the role

  • Provide efficient order management
  • Manage interfaces with customers for order to cash processes
  • Provide improvements to supply chain management
  • Effectively communicate and resolve order issues with customers and sales
  • Manage Master Data maintenance process to ensure effective order management
  • Capture market intelligence on the supply chain related topics
  • Contribute to development of customer relationships through proactive customer communication
  • Support Credit Management, Billing and Accounts Receivable Follow-up
  • Issuing tax invoices for month end closing
  • Handle customer complaints in BASF’s available system
  • Capture customer expectations/requirements and feedback to the business team
  • Ensure operations are compliant with business rules, internal standards, and local government regulations.
  • Report areas of concern to Supply Chain Manager
  • Provide order status report and monitor customers’ order placement against sales forecast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or familiar areas
  • Experience in customer service in an international company for more than 2 years or relevant work experience in SCM/sales/controlling
  • Chemical industry background preferred
  • Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP (at least intermediate level)
  • Experience with data analytics or reporting systems (e.g. PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Understanding of end-to-end OTC process
  • Possess excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good proficiency in Thai language and English
  • Proactive, can work independently and in teams.
