About the role
- Provide efficient order management
- Manage interfaces with customers for order to cash processes
- Provide improvements to supply chain management
- Effectively communicate and resolve order issues with customers and sales
- Manage Master Data maintenance process to ensure effective order management
- Capture market intelligence on the supply chain related topics
- Contribute to development of customer relationships through proactive customer communication
- Support Credit Management, Billing and Accounts Receivable Follow-up
- Issuing tax invoices for month end closing
- Handle customer complaints in BASF’s available system
- Capture customer expectations/requirements and feedback to the business team
- Ensure operations are compliant with business rules, internal standards, and local government regulations.
- Report areas of concern to Supply Chain Manager
- Provide order status report and monitor customers’ order placement against sales forecast.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or familiar areas
- Experience in customer service in an international company for more than 2 years or relevant work experience in SCM/sales/controlling
- Chemical industry background preferred
- Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP (at least intermediate level)
- Experience with data analytics or reporting systems (e.g. PowerBI) is a plus.
- Understanding of end-to-end OTC process
- Possess excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good proficiency in Thai language and English
- Proactive, can work independently and in teams.
