About the role

  • Participate in a 12-week internship working alongside a mentor to support field agronomic teams
  • Execute localized project/work assignments including seed treatment, fungicide, and herbicide trials with growers
  • Collect supporting data, analyze and troubleshoot data, and provide feedback
  • Identify process improvements, test, troubleshoot and provide solutions
  • Take part in and help set up customer tours and presentations
  • Be assessed for returning internship or potential full-time Professional Development rotational program offer

Requirements

  • Currently a highly motivated undergraduate student
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Ability to be mobile and travel; assignments located throughout the U.S., including research farms
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and troubleshoot agronomic data
  • Willingness to participate in field trials (seed treatment, fungicide, herbicide) and set up customer tours and presentations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in agronomy, crop science, or agricultural sales
