This is a primarily technical writing position—producing new, high quality content will be the majority of your time.
Find credible sites and information aggregators for our content to cast a wider net on distribution.
Identify topics that the Baseten ICP cares about via external and internal data.
Plan and produce content that drives visibility.
Codify and use the latest SEO and AEO to orient and optimize content.

Requirements

Hands-on experience as a developer — at least one of Python, Go, or C.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can explain complex technical concepts in an interesting and compelling way.
You have strong thesis and POV on the topics that AI/ML engineers are curious about, and can credibly communicate tradeoffs within our stack.
Comfort with ambiguity and an extreme bias toward ownership.
Have an experimental and data-driven mindset; you set clear outcomes and iterate quickly based on a mix of signals and intuition.
You move fast, ship content, and iterate based on what you learn.
