About the role

  • Own the implementation and ongoing operation of Baselane’s go-to-market tooling
  • Improve and harden systems by removing one-off logic or reducing overlaps
  • Build automations for workflows, leveraging AI to increase speed and efficiency
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support and Engineering to turn defined needs into functional, scalable systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues when GTM tools or integrations break

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in GTM systems, internal tooling, or similar roles at a tech startup
  • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining business tools (e.g., CRM, lifecycle)
  • Strong technical fluency for a non-engineer: comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, event schemas, and integrations
  • Experience building automations that reduce manual work and operational friction, ideally using a robust AI toolkit (e.g., claude, n8n)
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate from a prioritized backlog in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical trade-offs and constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
