Compliance

• Assist in designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise-wide CTA Program methodologies and governance documents.
• Participate in developing a risk-based annual CTA plan in collaboration with Compliance staff in the International, Institutional, Product, Tools and BSA/AML Teams.
• Contribute to the creation of periodic reporting for the annual CTA plan progress, results, and status of remediation plans.
• Perform and manage assigned CTA activities in the life cycle of planning, execution, reporting, and issue remediation, and provide escalation as needed.
• Prepare reports on results of CTA activities and work with stakeholders in root cause analysis and remediation plans.
• Maintain issues and remediation-related information and documentation in a central repository.
• Track and validate the implementation of remediation plans submitted by issue owners to verify that issues identified during testing and monitoring are remediated.
• Participate in training and/or awareness materials (as needed) regarding the CTA Program.
• Stay current on regulatory development and industry events to identify trends and emerging risks impacting Coinbase products and the CTA Program.

Compliance Testing Manager

• Support and operationalize go-to-market strategies targeting chain and app users.
• Assist in screening, onboarding, and engaging with ecosystem projects building on Base across Brazil.
• Proactively check in with teams weekly to assess their progress and identify areas where Base can support.
• Manage and grow our local ambassador team, helping them succeed with clear guidance and regular support.
• Actively conduct outreach to creators on Web2 platforms (e.g., X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), with a focus on engaging video creators to drive awareness and adoption.
• Coordinate Base’s presence at local conferences, hackathons, and community events (flights, passes, event booths, etc.).
• Execute both in-person and virtual activations to drive developer engagement and awareness.

• Explore the future token and governance design on Base - Define potential token goals and develop a phased roadmap for decentralized governance across the Base chain and ecosystem prioritizing long term growth and effectiveness.
• Research and analyze token designs - Explore learnings from past token efforts, analyze token economics, understand tradeoffs, create scenario analysis.
• Create the technology to govern for billions - Create the Base constitution and legislative processes that empower aligned contributors (Coinbase, developers, and communities) to make transparent decisions.
• Operationalize governance systems - Define tools, workflows, and norms for onchain governance (e.g., legislation process, onchain voting) and offchain consensus-building (e.g., expert communities, governance forums, working groups).
• Enable and educate the community - Create systems, documentation, and engagement channels (e.g., in-app governance portals, tutorials, or community forums) to help contributors and app users understand and participate in Base governance.
• Collaborate with Legal + Risk Teams - Work with internal experts to navigate regulatory and compliance considerations, ensuring decentralization evolves responsibly.

Token & Governance Research Specialist

Marketing Operations

• Manage end-to-end operational setup and execution of paid campaigns across global channels (social, search, display, programmatic).
• Upload, QA, and launch creative assets; confirm compliance with internal standards, publisher policies, and legal requirements.
• Partner with compliance teams to review and approve ads before they go live.
• Configure and refine campaign structures, targeting, and budgets to ensure pacing and performance goals are met.
• Actively monitor campaigns in both publisher dashboards and internal reporting systems; troubleshoot delivery and tracking discrepancies.
