About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Base Privacy Platform.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and scaling.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of shipping complex platform or infrastructure products.
- Experience building products for developers (APIs, SDKs, or infrastructure) and a passion for creating world-class developer experiences.
- Ability to take highly ambiguous, technical problems and turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap that aligns with broader business goals.
- You thrive in fast-paced, "0-to-1" environments. You are a self-starter who takes extreme ownership of outcomes.
- You excel at managing stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, and Product, and you love solving hard problems as part of a team.
- Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
