About the role
- Own commercial management strategy for major OEM customers to achieve each site’s business objectives for sustainable and profitable growth.
- Develop business case and support analysis/data as required to gain internal approval of OEM bids, agreements.
- Negotiate customer agreements that ensure contract profitability and compliance.
- Own product portfolio strategy for OEM customers to address customer needs leveraging existing/new capabilities.
- Support business development activities through definition of compelling offerings and proposals.
- Mentor customer service and senior management on responding to complex customer service issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial/contract management experience in aerospace engine manufacturing.
- Strong data analytics and ability to convert analysis into actions & recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint especially) and knowledge of Salesforce would be beneficial.
- A valid US Passport or legal permanent residency in the US
