About the role

  • Own commercial management strategy for major OEM customers to achieve each site’s business objectives for sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Develop business case and support analysis/data as required to gain internal approval of OEM bids, agreements.
  • Negotiate customer agreements that ensure contract profitability and compliance.
  • Own product portfolio strategy for OEM customers to address customer needs leveraging existing/new capabilities.
  • Support business development activities through definition of compelling offerings and proposals.
  • Mentor customer service and senior management on responding to complex customer service issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial/contract management experience in aerospace engine manufacturing.
  • Strong data analytics and ability to convert analysis into actions & recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint especially) and knowledge of Salesforce would be beneficial.
  • A valid US Passport or legal permanent residency in the US
