Performance Marketing

• Implement cross-brand campaigns (B2C & B2B) from planning through to reporting
• Manage all brand projects within the team – from D2C retail store activations and B2B store launches to new product activations
• Develop and execute concepts for sampling activities, field marketing and community appearances
• Plan, execute and analyze events, partnerships, POS activities and B2B activations
• Support our B2B team in acquiring new locations with persuasive presentations and case materials
• Work closely with Brand, B2B, Retail, Social and Performance teams
• Coordinate with B2B and Retail to implement local activations
• Manage external partners and service providers

Procurement

• Support in selecting, evaluating and managing suppliers
• Assist with claims handling (e.g., documenting deviations, forwarding to suppliers)
• Request and compare quotes; prepare price comparisons
• Place purchase orders and monitor delivery dates
• Maintain purchasing and item master data in the ERP system
• Support price negotiations and contract finalization
• Analyze purchase prices, costs and market trends
• Work closely with production, logistics and quality assurance
• Support optimization of procurement processes
• Contribute to supplier development and sustainability projects

Growth Marketing

• Lead and develop a small interdisciplinary team of performance managers and analysts
• Manage external agency relationships
• Focus on growth and optimization of new and existing customers and key KPIs (revenue, AOV, CAC, CLV, etc.)
• Develop and implement the performance marketing strategy (SEA, paid social, display, affiliate, programmatic, etc.)
• Continuously optimize the customer journey with a focus on conversion, retention and customer lifetime value
• Build and scale growth strategies including testing frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, marketing automation)
• Data-driven analysis of campaign performance, budget allocation and forecasts
• Close collaboration with Brand, CRM, Finance, executive management and the board on the overall growth strategy
• Reporting line to the CEO

Head of Performance & Growth

Analytics Engineer

• Build and maintain clean marketing datasets in our modern stack (Airbyte, dbt, BigQuery)
• Develop and manage tracking setups, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and other marketing platforms
• Create automated dashboards and reports (Metabase, BigQuery, GA4, Looker Studio) to track performance and KPIs
• Translate business questions from Marketing into data requirements and insights
• Support advanced analytics projects such as attribution modeling, cohort/retention analysis, and A/B testing
• Ensure data quality and consistency across marketing pipelines and tracking setups
• Act as a bridge between Marketing and Data sparring partner on one side, hands-on implementer on the other

Analytics Engineer – Marketing Data
