About the role
- Manage incoming client inquiries via email and phone
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and formal tender documents
- Support cost calculations, budget alignment, and pricing structures
- Coordinate with international BARE offices on pricing matters
- Support contract preparation and ensure all follow-up steps are completed
- Provide Operations with full account start-up documentation
- Track project specific changes and assess financial implications
- Generate essential reports for forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
- Provide CRM and administrative support to the BD team
- Join client meetings and contribute to event-related tasks as needed
- Perform additional Business Development tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in Customer Experience research or Mystery Shopping is a plus
- Prior Sales or Business Development experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
