Client Services Representative

• Work with BARE's Business Development and Operations Teams to design, implement, and validate surveys for Customer Experience (CX) Research.
• Ensure clients' needs and expectations are surpassed.
• Create draft surveys and questionnaires, provide recommendations to clients.
• Communicate with various internal departments on client needs, project pricing, and program design.
• Program survey questionnaires into dedicated CX platforms.
• Create and assist in client dashboard setup and customization of visuals.
• Build project briefing proposals, RFIs and RFPs.
