About the role
- Position involves 5am start time and extensive driving.
- Deliver products and upsell our popular brands/products on open routes.
- Develop a relationship with and provide service and products to existing customers that insures customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Complete service calls, resolve customer problems or complaints.
- Respond to customer calls in a timely manner.
- Use handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.
- Ordering, scanning, and logging backstock using handheld device.
- Manage inventory and balance daily route activities.
- Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments.
- Ensure backstock reaches the sales floor and organizing/maintaining back-room inventory in proper location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience preferred.
- Sales experience strongly preferred.
- Prior DSD/ truck to store sales experience.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Clean DMV record and insurability.
- Ability to work independently in various setting.
- Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.
